3. Development Our team delivers high-quality software using a clean, modular approach. Development is managed by a senior architect who owns delivery and ensures the system aligns with the original plan.

4. Reviews and Feedback We share progress through demos or deliverables and adjust only as needed. You stay informed without needing to manage the details. Our work is efficient and outcome-focused.

5. Testing and QA Functional, performance, and security testing are executed based on documented requirements.

6. Delivery and Support Final deliverables are deployed, transferred, or packaged as agreed. Support options are available if ongoing work is needed.
