Bespoke Gen was founded to solve a problem we’ve seen too many times: software projects that are overcomplicated, unreliable, or fail to scale—not because the technology was flawed, but because it wasn’t built with long-term business needs in mind.
Henry McDaniel, our founder, spent decades designing and delivering software across sectors like fintech, SaaS, telecom, and healthcare. As both a hands-on architect and a team lead trusted by legal, finance, and executive stakeholders, he saw firsthand how technical decisions either support or sabotage business growth.
After leading platform and observability efforts at IBM and co-founding a SaaS company that ran securely for 12+ years, Henry created Bespoke Gen to give companies something rare: direct access to deep technical experience combined with strategic clarity and operational discipline.
