I founded Bespoke Gen to focus on building high-quality solutions that last. Throughout my career, I’ve worked with businesses where quality and clarity mattered most. One example was a VoIP network discovery and remote control tool I built that is still shipped inside IP PBXs by a major company nearly twenty years later. That kind of long-term thinking isn’t always valued in the daily grind of traditional work environments.

At Bespoke Gen, we believe the best work happens when engineers have the space to focus, the trust to own outcomes, and the opportunity to work on problems that matter. How We Work

We operate as a modern consultancy. All roles are 1099 contract, fully remote, with flexible hours. We build strong relationships, communicate clearly, and focus on outcomes. We’re not micromanaged, and we don’t micromanage others.
